I'm Emma Ruth!

​

I am a writer for UAB Advancement, where I manage communication needs--including long form stories as well as special projects--for six subteams within Advancement. I have a degree in journalism from The University of Alabama.

 

I am deeply passionate about international communities and have volunteered with human rights organizations and English language centers in India, Indonesia, China, Kazakhstan, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.

 

In my free time, I can be found working on my first novel, running, reading, or spending time with my beloved, Valentine.
